What if it isn’t the right fit?
That’s exactly what the Fit & Goals call is for. If our team decides you are not the right fit after the process, your $99 is refundable. If you are accepted but do not take the next step, or cancel after committing, the deposit may be forfeited.
How long is the wait?
The waitlist is typically around 8-10 people, but timing depends on current capacity. We welcome only 1-2 new clients each week, review applications fairly, and keep you informed without promising a date we cannot guarantee.
What happens after I apply?
You reserve your place, join the queue, and hear from us when a coaching opening is approaching. Then you’ll schedule a Fit & Goals call before deciding whether to enroll.
Is this the same as the challenge, masterclass, or Transform app?
No. Those programs aren’t going anywhere. NuLane is personalized one-on-one coaching with Heidi’s team for people ready for closer guidance and serious, year-long work. Challenge members are receiving priority access before the wider public launch.
